Notes: We are not always able to revise or cancel an order that has already been dispatched. Orders that have been dispatched will be handled according to our Return Policy.

For most destinations worldwide, orders are expected to arrive at your door. Please track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact your local postal service first, and then contact us for further assistance.

Cleaning & Maintenance

For cleaning, simply use lukewarm soapy water. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry, then rinse it thoroughly with clean water. To remove stubborn dirt, soak the jewelry in lukewarm soapy water for about 10 minutes before brushing gently and rinsing. For additional shine, polish the jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.

Notes: DO NOT EXPOSE JEWELRY TO CHEMICALS! Silver jewelry is often oxidized to create unique detailing. Exposure to harsh chemicals—including silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas—may permanently alter its appearance. Oxidized silver and pearls are especially delicate and require extra care.

Disclaimers

We are not responsible for damage to silver products caused by collisions, friction with hard objects, wearing jewelry while bathing, swimming, or using hot springs, or any other improper use. Such damage is not covered under our Return Policy.

If parcels are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for the loss, and refunds or replacements will not be available.

Although we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and screen resolutions. If you have any questions regarding color, material, or size, please contact us before placing your order.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, including overstretching, misuse, or staining of products.
